For the most part this web site is open source and information is provided as is for free. All software is planned to be available on a trust basis for developers to learn from and use. The only restrictions are use for commercial purposes.

However in order to make the project commercially feasible there will be some kind of licencing structure. The exact structure of this I have yet to decide on but so far my thoughts are:

No Licence

This is for all the unregistered users. Full use of web site, articles, published code, no access to support, no authority to use any downloaded software for commerical uses.

Member Level

This will be the basic registered user at no cost. You would receive all the above benefits plus read only rights to support databases, documentation etc

Professional Level

This level is aimed at the professional Domino Web Developer at a cost of perhaps £50 a year. Will provide all the above plus bug reporting, rights to develop software using the framework for commercial purposes (a corporate licence will be required by receiving company). Includes all software updates, patches as they are released.

Corporate Level

This level is aimed at development departments, commercial companies wishing to use either the development toolkits to develop domino web applications or to run applications written by third party companies for use with the framework. This level basically licences the server side components and will be available on a per server or a per site basis. The estimated cost will be 490 uk sterling per server.
